What happens when my free trial ends?+–
You get 7 days with full access to your plan. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep tracking - your markets, prompts, and history stay exactly where you left them. We never charge you automatically, because we never asked for a card.
Can I change plans later?+–
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current period, so you keep everything you paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+–
Yes. Switching to annual applies right away and locks in the 20% saving. Switching back to monthly takes effect when your current annual period ends.
What counts as a language market?+–
One brand in one language - your English site and your German site are two markets, each with its own native topics, prompts, and scores. Inside the app each market is a project, and multi-market teams unify them in the organization dashboard.
Which AI platforms can I pick?+–
Any of the six we track: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Copilot. On Starter you choose 3, on Pro you choose 5, and Enterprise covers all of them. You can change your selection in settings anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?+–
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing settings - your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data remains available if you come back.
